Terms & Conditions - Wholesale Orders

Orders submitted through this website are wholesale order requests and are not considered confirmed purchases until payment has been received.

After an order is submitted:

• Shipping will be calculated based on destination and order size
• A final invoice including shipping and applicable tax will be issued
• Payment may be made by credit card (Stripe invoice) or e-transfer

Orders are confirmed and processed only after payment has been received.

Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order

Wholesale price: $23.50 per copy

Minimum order: 10 copies per order

All prices are exclusive of GST.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated after order review and added to the final invoice.

Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 14 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery

Orders are shipped using standard Canadian carriers. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier service levels.

Returns & Damaged Shipments

Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

If books arrive damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged shipment so replacement copies can be arranged.

Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card via Stripe invoice
• E-transfer

Payment instructions will be included in the invoice sent after order confirmation.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to review and approve wholesale orders before issuing an invoice. Orders may be declined if the information provided is incomplete or if the order does not meet wholesale requirements.
